How to get my Installer ID?

Login and click on the Profile link in the top menu bar.  You can change your profile information (e.g. name, address, support details etc) but you cannot change your email address or installer ID.

How do I enroll in an online training course?

To enroll, create an account, choose the desired course and follow the registration process. Remember to click MARK COMPLETE once you’re done with a secion.

How can I troubleshoot technical issues during the course?

Please send a mail to supportdesk@izone.com.au for any technicial queries.

Are certificates provided upon completion?

Yes, a one page certificate is provided when the course has been completed.

Are online courses self-paced or scheduled?

Online courses offer flexibility. Our courses are self-paced, allowing learners to study at their own speed.

Who can access these courses?

Anyone who wants to know how to install an iZone control system can access these online courses.

Can I access course materials after completion?

Simply log in and continue where you have left off.  Or login and complete the course again.

I am an installer for multiple iZone dealers

You have to create separate accounts for each iZone dealer if you want the support contact details to change on the controller.
